I can ask my tutor for a list of their qualifications and experience. This may include university degrees, work experience and awards received.

All sessions can be booked on this Wix site.
Once payment is received, students enrolling in a class will be enrolled on the Wiziq http://claudiamdiaz.wiziqxt.com where they can access four lectures per week (3 online, plus one flipped).

How do I book a session?
You can get help with any of the content for that week or in your personal study plan. We can discuss your questions in our tutoring sessions or in the class if undergoing the course. Please come prepared with questions.

What can I get help with?
What's the policy for cancellations and make up sessions?
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the session via email. Notice of less than 24 hours will not be accepted. Make up classes can be scheduled by email.

Communciation will occur through email and at the weekly class for those students enrolled in the course. Students are able to communciate with me at any time via email. I will endeavour to answer all emails within 24 hours.
How will you communicate with me and how often?
Students may experience a change in the way they view their learning. These innovative approaches will offer different ways to achieve "deep learning" versus "superficial learning" that comes with memorization and rote learning. Students may also start to enjopy the learning process more. This will result in improved outcomes, and ideally knowledge, understanding and higher marks for the student.
